A Daily Occurance

Amanda and I were reading our scriptures. I was sitting on my computer rolling chair and leaning on my bed reading. Well, I found a scripture I liked and wanted to get a scripture marker to mark it. I had to put my church bag behind my laundry basket. So, I rolled over to the basket. I have hard wood floor in my bedroom. My laundry basket is in between my dresser and the wall. I had a TV tray in front of my Laundry basket. Not even worrying about getting up to reach behind my laundry basket, I sat right on the edge the chair. Now, reminding you that I was on a rolling chair, on hard wood floor, and reaching for something, what do you think is going to happen? Well, I think what your thinking is right, and that is exactly what happened to me. As I was reaching, the chair just rolled right out from under me and fell on its side. I had one arm on top of the laundry basket in some weird and VERY uncomfortable position. My other arm was wrapped around the back of the chair. The chair could not go anywhere due to my bed. I was not wearing socks so my feet would not slide. I was in a squatting position, my feet under the TV table, back against my dresser, my butt not touching the ground, and unable to move.
Amanda was laying on her bed and immediately looked at me and was laughing at me so hard she could not get up off her bed.
Then I say, "HELP me Amanda, I'm STUCK!!!!"
That really got her rolling. Then I started laughing really hard. Since she wasn't helping me, I tried to figure out a way to get out myself. So I tried to slide my feet down so I could sit, but my feet only slid a little bit, I was in an even more uncomfortable position, and the handles on my dresser started pressing into my back. I told Amanda that she needed to help me. As soon as she walked around my bed and saw the whole position, it looked like she was about to either pee her pants or pass out she was laughing so hard. At the time, I was just chuckling to myself thinking how ridiculous I must look. Finally, Amanda moved the chair and I just fell to the floor and started laughing.

Caitlin, Please Stop!

Amanda was lying on her bed doing her homework. I come in and start doing my tap dance on the hard wood floor with my tennis shoes on.
Amanda says, "Caitlin, please stop."
Then i sit down in my computer chair to start cleaning off my desk, and not thinking at all, I start tapping my feet again.
"Caitlin, please stop," Amanda says a little more sternly.
Then Thinking if I take off my shoes I won't make that much noise, I take my shoes off and make more noise.
"Caitlin, please stop," Amanda says sternly.
"Sorry, I was trying to take off my shoes," I said.
Amanda and I had an idea taht we should put our mormon adds around the top of the wall in our as a border. I started doing that. While I was doing that, I started singing. Again, not even thinking about it.
"Caitlin, Please Stop!" Amanda said again.
"Sorry," I said.
I had to move the step stool to a different part of the room, I made some more noise. I kept asking Amanda if it looked good, and I could tell she was getting (playfully) frustrated with me. Then again, I start singing. Again, not even thinking about it.
"Caitlin, Please STOP!" Amanda said.
"I'm sorry. What homework are you doing anyways?" I asked.
"Anatomy," Amanda said.
"Is it hard?" I asked.
"Yes, that is why I dont have any music on or anything."
"Well then I guess I'm not helping any," I said totally innocent and in a fuuny accent.

As I'm Trying to print this out so I can read it to everyone, the stupid printer would not work. I'm standing in from of the computer, yelling at the printer because it would not take the paper. After about 5 minutes of this, I finally pull out my flash drive to save it so I could go and print it out on the computer in teh living room. As soon as I stopped yelling at the printer, Amanda started busting out laughing. Of course I joined her.
And she said, "And you still won't be QUIET!!!!!!"

Sadies

In December, my school has their Sadies. My best friend, Avery and I decided we wanted to ask these two guys that we both liked to hang out with. We were trying to figure out everything we wanted to do and most of all how to ask the guys. I looked online to get some ideas when i ran across this idea. I called Avery and told her how we should ask the guys. She thought it was a great idea. The next day we went into the Dean's office and asked him if he could help us ask these two guys to Sadies. He said that he couldn't do that but if we talked to the campus officer and he would do it then we could. We went to go talk to the officer and he said he would do it. The next day, Avery and I were called out of our 2nd period class to go to the office. We met up there then went to the officer's office. We hid in his bathroom and had the door cracked open. When we heard that Jon, the guy I was asking to Sadies, came in, Avery and I started shaking and getting really nervous. The Officer started asking him questions about his classes and grades and what he was doing the night before. Then we heard Chase come in and the officer started asking him the same questions. Then the officer said, "Okay, well I guess that since you guys arent answer my questions I'm going to have to ask you to stand up, turn around, and put your hands behind your back." Then the officer came in the bathroom and waved at us to come out. The officer said, "I have one more question to ask you guys, you may turn around." When they turned around, Avery and I asked the guys to Sadies. The guys started laughing and said 'yes'. (of course)
